​The Leadership Brainery Clubhouse is a boutique gathering space on Beacon Street in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood that offers diverse young professionals a safe and welcoming community, co-working space, and multi-purpose meeting and event rooms. The Clubhouse offers robust networking opportunities, social events, personal and professional development programming, and experiences you will never forget.

Greater Boston struggles to cultivate and retain diverse talent. The Clubhouse is a catalyst for minoritized individuals in Massachusetts and contributes to its growth, making it a more equitable place to learn, work, and live. All fees and proceeds of The Clubhouse fuels Leadership Brainery's mission to close wealth and opportunity gaps by creating access to advanced education and workforces leadership roles.

To rent a room or the entire LB Clubhouse for your special event please submit a Space Rental Inquiry form. A program manager will follow up with you with 2-3 business days. Please note that submitting an inquiry form does not confirm your date or space requested.

  • Where is the Leadership Brainery Clubhouse located?
    We are located in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood at 266A Beacon Street Boston, MA 02116. Once you arrive, look for the Leadership Brainery sign on the building’s left side and enter through the private entrance.
  • Who can come to the Clubhouse?
    In order to have access to the Clubhouse, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student, and identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, 1st Gen, Low-Income or an Ally of the previously mentioned communities.
  • How do I gain entry into the Clubhouse?
    Text “ACCESS” to 857-776-0702 or visit LeadershipBrainery.org/access to claim your Membership for entry. You will receive further instructions and your individual entry code after you complete the membership form.
  • What are the Clubhouse hours?
    We are open to graduate students at our member schools Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Do I need to let someone know before I come to the Clubhouse?
    Once you have your individual membership code, you have access to the Clubhouse and can come and go as you please during our hours of operation.
  • Who do I contact if I am having difficulty with my membership or entry code?
    If you need support around the Clubhouse please email leader@leadershipbrainery.org or call 857-250-4290.
  • Why should I come to the LBC?
    Join a community centered on radical joy, belonging, and safety. Change your scenery to increase productivity. Expand your network across different disciplines and cultures.
  • What COVID-19 precautions are being taken to protect the health and safety of members?
    While in the Clubhouse, members should feel comfortable keeping on their mask, but it is not a requirement at this moment. There are stations located throughout the center with hand sanitizer and fresh masks.
