The Clubhouse offers robust networking opportunities, social events, personal and professional development programming, and experiences you will never forget.
Greater Boston struggles to cultivate and retain diverse talent. The Clubhouse is a catalyst for minoritized individuals in Massachusetts and contributes to its growth, making it a more equitable place to learn, work, and live. All fees and proceeds of The Clubhouse fuels Leadership Brainery's mission to close wealth and opportunity gaps by creating access to advanced education and workforces leadership roles.
